(Renewables Industry Sector)

about this project

Our Client is a global leader in solar development, management and operations. Since 2010 they have been rapidly growing, learning, developing key technology and pushing boundaries in the industry, quickly becoming the UK’s largest Solar Energy Provider. The Company announced plans to aspire to deliver from less than 6 gigawatts to 25 gigawatts of solar by 2025,  a highly ambitious growth plan and one that required entering new countries, markets, supersizing projects requiring an exponential increase in internal expertise

As an organisation who recognise that their culture and people make them who they are, our Client identified that a critical requirement was the development of Lean & Agile ways of working which directly enabled an effective and fully collaborative working environment

PBI were engaged to support this activity, our scope of work included developing Business Agility by growing a Lean and Agile Culture to optimise internal transformational capability

This case study showcases the approach PBI used to provide structured training, education programmes and coaching, covering all aspects of Lean & Agile ways of working. The case study reflects the initial period of engagement
