Affinitisation - Group issues and barriers into themes 5. Root Cause Analysis - Solve the real problem 6. Kaizen Implementation Center - Prioritise and schedule actions 7. Kaizen Event - 3 to 5 day facilitated event 8. Report Out - Team present to management what has been achieved 9. Metrics - Define how success is measured 10. 21 Day Follow Up - Close out any remaining actions 11.
