As part of one of our Renewable Energy clients' drive to build agility across its global workforce, PBI created a dedicated Agile Academy, hosted on the company’s internal Learning Hub.


The aim was to provide accessible, engaging, and structured training that would embed agile and lean ways of working into daily practice.

Project Scope


  • Development of 13 training lessons hosted on Prezi, each with voice introductions and interactive quiz questions


  • Creation of a standalone 90-minute Business Agility lesson for all employees


  • Rollout to a workforce of 1,200+ employees worldwide


  • Certificates issued to every participant upon completion to recognise their learning achievement


Improvement Strategy


  • Training delivered in bitesize modules, allowing employees to complete lessons flexibly at their own pace


  • Introduction of KPIs to monitor engagement and progress


  • Creation of a Lean Practitioner (LP) community forum on the company intranet to support peer learning



  • Establishment of monthly trained LP meetings to sustain momentum

People Involved

  • Designed and delivered by a PBI Coach as part of the Agile and Lean team.

Process Taken

  • PBI leveraged Prezi to create 13 engaging lessons, each with voiceovers and integrated quizzes to check understanding - more lessons to follow.
  • Lessons were uploaded to the Learning Hub, creating a structured pathway for employees to follow.
  • A 90-minute Business Agility module was created as a foundation course.
  • KPI tracking was introduced to measure adoption and progress.
  • Ongoing support included establishing a community forum and monthly LP meetings to reinforce learning and maintain focus on agile practices.
