PBI was engaged in a 9-month project to establish the Weatherford European Accounting Centre of Excellence (EACE) in Romania, transitioning finance activities from various European countries to the EACE. The engagement focused on optimizing key accounting processes, ensuring timely transitions, and guiding EACE in Lean and Continuous Improvement practices.


The project also included coaching and mentoring for team development, impacting Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Global Business Service Centres. This initiative successfully streamlined processes, enhanced efficiency, and aligned teams across multiple business functions.
