Quality policy statement
Practical Business Improvements Ltd was established in 2013 to provide business coaching and continuous improvement services to the industry and commerce. Quality is important to our business because we value our customers as well as all other stakeholders. We strive to provide our customers with services that meet and exceed their expectations. We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for continuously measuring and improving quality performance. We have the following policies and procedures in place to support us in our quality goals and align with our quality system:
- Regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback
- A strict corrective and preventive action procedure
- Selection and performance monitoring of the entire supply chain
- Continuous training and development of employees
- Regular quality audits of our internal processes
- Measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims
- Management reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints
Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are held in a Quality Manual which is made available to all employees. Management has ultimate responsibility for Quality, but we ensure all employees understand their responsibilities within their own areas of work to help ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole company.

Ensuring we deliver quality to our clients is at the heart of everything we do. As a business our whole mission is built around improvement. We work with our clients on building a culture of continuous improvement into their organisations. This can be done on a project by project basis or we can look at embedding cultural change within an entire organisation within one deployment. To ensure a consistent quality approach we train and develop all of our staff (front and back office) on the very best in customer service.
We have a number of Continuous Improvement tools that we use, namely:
- Strategic Framework
- Campaign Rooms
- Huddle meetings
- Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
- Kaizen events
Whilst this isn’t an exhaustive list of the services we offer, we have listed our main services to demonstrate that all of our customer facing staff are all trained on the tools and as such we deliver a consistent package to our clients no matter where they are in the world. We constantly audit and review both the suitability of the tools we apply but also how our staff are delivering them.
